Joanne Tran always had an eye for design, whether it is her taste in fashion or interior design. She has a love for food, especially sweet confections and the artistic creation behind it. It wasn't until one day she felt "compelled" to explore the world of pastry and cake decorating that her love for both design and food became one – edible works of art.

Initially self-taught, her skills continued to grow and impressed all that were around her. Determined to gain more technical skills, she attended the Bonnie Gordon School of Cakes. Soon thereafter, she was thrilled to learn that the talented cake designer Bonnie Gordon had offered her an Internship and a chance to learn from the industry's best – leaving Joanne with a mind full of inspiration and a drive to succeed.

Today she works with her clients to create original designs and help make their ideas become a reality. Her cupcakes are sold at numerous locations around the GTA including McEwen Foods and Pusaterri's Fine Foods.
